Prenuptial Agreement
A Prenup spells out what’s considered separate property of the bride- and groom-to-be. It needs to be signed by both parties at least 7 days before marriage. Additionally, a 7-day review period needs to happen after the presentation of the final draft to the parties. We offer the option to consult separately with two attorneys who will explain the content of the Prenup, and issue letters acknowledging the consultations.
