We received the news today that starting on November 17^th, 2014, all new cases for Family Law filings in the San Fernando area (San Fernando proper, Santa Clarita, Pacoima, Sylmar, etc.) will now have to be filed in the Chatsworth Courthouse, and no longer can Family Law filings be done in the conveniently located San Fernando Courthouse.
