During the process of collecting the information needed to sign up for their incorporating services, one of the options is signing up for their “Compliance Calendar”, basically to receive notices about corporate reminders.

That’s right, we notify our customer for free or their corporate deadlines, like statement of information and minutes! That to us speaks volume about our dedication and commitment.
LegalZoom offers corporate reminders for $69 per year! Once again, the renewal is automatic. We don’t store our customers’ credit card information. Every charge is authorized every time.
So, the moral of the story is… you guess it: Someone has to pay for all those commercials! The Document People offers more affordable legal document preparation than Legal Zoom.
