The Document People of San Fernando has a long history in that city. The story begins one summer day back in 1998 when the old We the People franchise opened a store on 209 N. Maclay Ave. It continued operating until 2010, when the owners/franchisees decided to commit themselves to their new insurance business and leave legal document preparation.
The surviving silent owner stepped in to run the show. When the old We the People franchise went out of business at the end of 2009, it became briefly We R The People, and moved to a smaller office nearby, only to relocate once again in Santa Clarita.
The Document People of San Fernando finally acquired the store, and relocated in the heart of the city of San Fernando where it was born and we believe it belongs. It’s now located at 110 N. Maclay Ave., Suite 113, San Fernando, CA 91430.
Our good Ernesto is the resident notary at The Document People of San Fernando, and can assist you with living trust amendments, transfers of properties for no consideration, modifications of child support and custody, divorces and legal separations, paternity petitions to establish parental rights, bankruptcies, name changes and a host of other services.
