We just received news from the Los Angeles County Recorder, that starting January 1^st, 2015, a new notary language will be effective in California. Consequently, not only all notarizations will have to be modified, but all deeds recorded after that day will have to contain it, which will require an update to our notary public service.
The change affects both acknowledgements and jurats.
The added line is as follows:

A notary public or other officer completing this certificate verifies only the identity of the individual who signed the document to which this certificate is attached, and not the truthfulness, accuracy, or validity of that document.
