Every year the California Secretary of State right before Thanksgiving announces the date in late December when entities can incorporate and still be considered next year entities.
 
The advantages are at least two:
 
– Saving the $800 tax from the State Franchise Board for the current year;
– Be one of the first ones to be approved, without being stuck in the log jam that is typical of the beginning of the year.
 
We are glad to announce that all The Document People locations are accepting orders for new 2015 entities, with the earliest date available this year being DECEMBER 18^th.
 
Of course, if you want to be incorporated on January 1^st, we can do that also, and already submit your articles, so you’ll be already in front of everybody else’s and be one of the first new businesses active in 2015.
